ONDEXXYA® Safety Information
ONDEXXYA® (andexanet alfa) is indicated for:
- adult patients treated with FXa inhibitors (rivaroxaban or apixaban) when rapid reversal of anticoagulation is needed due to life-threatening or uncontrolled bleeding has been issued market authorization with conditions, pending the results of trials to verify its clinical benefit. Patients should be advised of the nature of the authorization. ONDEXXYA® has not been shown to be effective for, and is not indicated for, the treatment of bleeding related to any FXa inhibitors other than apixaban or rivaroxaban.

WAINUA® (eplontersen injection) is indicated for the treatment of polyneuropathy associated with stage 1 or stage 2 hereditary transthyretin-mediated amyloidosis (hATTR) in adults.
